 Ray is a Harvard MBA and a Villanova engineering graduate with marketing management and engineering management experience at both IBM and GE; Ray is also a founder of two successful (10+ year) start-up companies; one in the software industry and the other in the hospitality industry. He's done a considerable amount of international work and is bi-lingual, being fully fluent in Spanish and English.

Ray has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator since 2004 and has been resolving business disputes for well over 20 years.
